The range belongs to the Elk River Sportsman's Club and is for the exclusive use of its members.
Occasionally, we do allow use of the range by other groups. These requests are typically for firearms safety training.

Requests for reserved use of range facilities shall be in writing. Contact the club by

A six week advance request is desirable but not mandatory. Letters of request will be considered at the monthly Board of Director or General Membership meetings in turn.

As noted in the instructions, the requestor must contact the
Activity Chair (contact info in the instructions) to be sure that the planned
activity is approriate for that range, and that a club member will be present to
observe during your use of that range.

The group requestor must appear in person at a Board of Director or Membership meeting.

If the request is approved, the requestor will be given a copy of the Range Rules and liability and insurance conditions will be discussed.
Even when a range is reserved, use by regular members must be
accomodated if it is safe to do so.. |
