The range belongs to the Elk River Sportsman Club and is for the exclusive use of its members.
Occasionally, we do allow use of the range by other groups. These requests are typically for firearms safety training.

Requests for reserved use of range facilities shall be in writing. Contact the club by

A six week advance request is desirable but not mandatory. Letters of request will be considered at the monthly Board of Director or General Membership meetings in turn.

The group requestor must appear in person at a Board of Director or Membership meeting.

If the request is approved, the requestor will be given a copy of the Range Rules and liability and insurance conditions will be discussed.

An approval document will be processed and signed by a Club Officer. A copy of the document will be forwarded to the Club Editor for publication in the next issue of Woods, Waters, Wildlife (Club newsletter).
Range use requests will in no way preempt the open and unrestricted use of range facilities by the General Membership. |
